How It Works
Program Integration: Our program can identify which exercises are appropriate for the patient. Rehab professionals can also assign specific exercises and courses. The patient subscribes to the program for the cost of a co-pay for a monthly membership.
Patient Access: Patients log in to complete guided exercise sessions, watch disease- specific educational videos, and track progress.

The patient subscribes to the program with a cost of $27 per month or $290 for an annual rate. The idea is that you can implement this program into their rehab and upon discharge they will continue with your advised exercises along with the content of Forever Function.
