Active Cycle of Breathing Technique

a guided breathing sequence used to help clear mucus, improve ventilation, and support lung health. There are a few versions of this breathing technique however I feel this is the easiest to learn.

Breathing Technique

This technique helps to lower stress with the means of breathing. This helps to lower heart rate, diminish stress, helps to relax so that people can fall asleep. It engages the parasympathetic system by taking more time to exhale then inhale.
